There are two boxes to enter details of contaminated food or drink. The first box is a drop down list which should contain a value from the following options:

Beef
Dairy Product
Game
Pork
Poultry
Eggs
Fish
Shellfish
Other Meat
Other Foodstuff
Water

To select the appropriate category, click in the first box and begin to type. The options will be displayed after the first three letters are entered.

The second box allows the user to enter specifics of the contaminated food (e.g. brand).
