The eNotification List tab of the eNOTIFICATIONS module displays a list of active eNotifications for the user’s PHS Office. Active eNotifications are those that are awaiting review/processing and will have a Stage category of New, In progress or Awaiting notification. A Stage category of Not a case or Attached is considered inactive and some functionalities will not available for these eNotifications.

The number beside the eNOTIFICATIONS module heading displays a count of all active eNotifications for the user’s office .

To find an eNotification, the user can browse through the eNotification List or use the eNotification Search criteria panel. The user can search for eNotifications by field (e.g. Surname, Stage). By default the search criteria will filter to include All Active eNotifications only. Non-active eNotifications (i.e. Stage category of Not a case or Attached) can be found by changing the Stage category search criteria. The result/s will be displayed in the eNotification List.
