Logging in to EpiSurv
To login to EpiSurv, click on Login with your work account or Login with RealMe on this page https://episurv.esr.cri.nz/ If you are unsure which login option to use, your co-workers or CDR Support staff can help you.
Login with your work account (ESR only)
If your organisation allows you to connect to EpiSurv with your work account, select the Login with your work account option. Click on the blue Login bar.
Sign in with your work email address or phone number, then click Next.
The next screen will display with your organisation’s logo and you will be asked to enter your password. Enter the password you use for your workplace account and click Sign in.
You will be asked if you want to stay signed in. This is a Microsoft screen which cannot be by-passed but has been disabled for EpiSurv; click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to move to the next screen. Whichever option you select, you will not stay signed in and will need to enter your full login details each time you sign into EpiSurv.
You should now be successfully logged in. See the Successful logon section below.
Login with RealMe
After completing the one-time registration process using the email invitation from CDR Support (explained here on the RealMe Help page), click on the blue Login bar beside the RealMe symbol.
This will take you to the RealMe login screen (pictured below). Login using the RealMe account registered in the one-time registration process.
You should now be successfully logged in. See the Successful logon section below.
Successful logon
If assigned to multiple Offices (regions) and/or both applications (i.e. EpiSurv and STI), select the Office and/or application required.
To change Office or application, click on current ‘Office’ displayed in the top-right section of the screen. Click one of the blue EPISURV or STI buttons to select an Office and/or application.
