There are two EpiSurv login options (as pictured below)

Option 1: Login with your work account (ESR only)

Your username is generally your work email address and the same password used to login to your organisation accounts.

If you need help with your work account details, talk to your organisation’s EpiSurv co-ordinator or IT support desk.

Option 2: Login with RealMe

RealMe is a third-party identification verification process and has a 15 minute inactivity period before timeout.
