Registering a RealMe account

To log in to EpiSurv, where your organisation is not set up to use work email logins, use a RealMe Logon. RealMe is a way to identify yourself and is outside ESR.

Before you log in with RealMe, you will need to complete the one-time process to register a new or existing RealMe account. You start the registration process from an invitation email sent to you with a link to the screen below.

The invitation email from CDR Support has a link to the RealMe registration site. The link contains a unique token, which expires 48 hours after the email is sent.

If you have an active link, you can register a RealMe Logon when you click the blue Login button under the Login with RealMe option. The screen pictured below will display. You can choose to either create a new RealMe Logon, or use an existing RealMe Logon (if you have one already).

When registration has been completed successfully, you will be automatically redirected back to the EpiSurv site.

If your link has expired, you will go directly to the EpiSurv site but you will be unable to successfully register a RealMe account with EpiSurv. Email CDRSupport@esr.cri.nz to request a new RealMe invitation.
